]]> Many patients get really upset following disc surgery /discectomy or spinal fixation due to the residual severe /annoying pain despite the surgery. This is mostly due to the overexpectation from surgery and lack of enough explaining by the surgeon. This is fairly common and can be treated by an easy and safe procedure done under local anaesthesia. This is a complete and safe measure despite any chronic case as hypertension , diabetes ,etc.

يعاني الكثير من المرضى بعد جراحات ازاله غضروف الضهر المنزلق او بعد تثبيت فقرات العمود الفقرىمن استمرار الام الظهر حتي بعد الجراحه مما يسبب لهم الاحباط ويرجع هذا للتوقع المغالى في مردود العمليه او لنفص في شرح قيمه العمليه. يعد الحقن الموضعى حل سريع وامن لهذه المشكله وتجرى تحت مخدر موضعي ووسيله امنه في وجود اي مشاكل مزمنه مثل ارتفاع ضغط الدم المزمن او السمنه المفرطه.
