About Dr. Mona Mubarak
First qualifying as a medical house officer in 1996, Dr. Mubarak is a full-time Consultant in Chronic Pain Management and Anaesthesia. Her NHS practice was based at the prestigious Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham.
Trained under the auspices of the College of Anaesthetists in Ireland, she completed her Anaesthesia and Basic Pain Training in 2014. She further honed her skills with a pain fellowship at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, focusing on holistic chronic pain management and rehabilitation.
Dr. Mubarak’s expertise includes the challenging conversion of high-dose opioids and specialized care for conditions like pelvic pain, cancer pain, and post-surgical neuropathic pain.
